Première of Stoel, Dirk's longest lasting show: 4 years. Dirk was the first show Dirk made available in diffrent versions: alone, with just the keyboard player, with 3 or even with 4 musicians. It was all about Kris De Jean wanting to get his chair back.

"Stoel", was played exactly 335 keer times. One of the sketches lasted even for over 500 keer times.

In "Stoel" Dirk imitated 44 voices. When the show started, there were about 50. But as everybody knows: shows tend to cristallise...

 

nice to know:

Dirk doesn't like to be called a voice imitator anymore. He feels that is too limiting. He prefers to be called a comedian ("Cabaretier" in french sounding dutch). Because that description covers the importance of the texts much better.
