Dirk meets with Steven De Schepper andJoris De Voogt, and encourage him to write his first show meant for the Flemish theatres. The first two shows were played mainly for the very many associations that exist in belgium, but almost never reached the real theatres.

So this show is called "De Stemmen Ge(s)temd" and is the first with live music.

Kris De Jean (keyboards), Jo Francken (base) and Peter Kil (drums) are the band. The show began as a compilation of musical parodies on both Belgian and more international hits. But soon it was rewritten into a kind of musical fairy tale, where two of Dirk's chracters went on a quest to retrieve the stolen voice of the king... .
