Giant LEGO mosaic for Brussels Science Museum
On October 15th a new exhibition on Whales and Dolphins was inaugurated at the Brussels Science Museum (Vautierstraat 29).
Dirk was invited to build a giant LEGO mosaic, showing the official exhibition poster. In total Dirk used 24 base plates (48 x 48 nops), about 13.000LEGO elements and it took him about 80 hours to build. These 80 hours do not include the actual installation. If it had not been for the museum's own technical crew, that would have taken many hours extra. Thanks to Peter and his crew !
Some VIP's and also some students were invited to actually finish the construction. More on Dirk's LEGO activities can be found on www.amazings.eu
