NPS Forum in Billund, Denemarken

Dirk has performed in many countries. England, Ireland, ... and now also in LEGOLAND ! On September 16th Dirk literally performed in LEGOLAND, for members of the NPS forum. NPS is a method to measure customer satisfaction. LEGO uses this method, and hosted the NPS forum where all users are invited. Dirk listened to the congress, and during the conferecne dinner he was invited, both as a LEGO Certified Professional and as a comedian, to entertain the audience with his views on LEGO and NPS.

Dirk's "customers's satisfaction" was measured as well. He was very pleased to receive a 10: the highest NPS score one can get !

Dirk sat in the back of the auditorium. Customer Satisfaction is really important to the LEGO Company. The 5 gentlemen in the front are the top 5 of LEGO. They freed 2 hours of their time to give explanations to the NPW forum, and answer openly to all questions !

There are no pictures of Dirk's show. But Dirk did get a tour in the factory, and received a minifigure of the CEO ... and was allowed to build a new one himself.

The founder's motto: "the best is not good enough". Or: we only want top quality. And that's exactly what Dirk says too :-)
