Opening of the Antwerp "Cultuurnacht" (Culture Night)

In his time as deputy of the province of Antwerp Frank Geudens, together with many others of course, took quite a few interesting initiatives. One of them was an annual fair for small- and midum sized enterprises. Dirk was invited there twice.

But this was about opening the Antwerp Culture Night. Dirk had the honour to do that - in his typical style, of course.
